12 cooked jumbo macaroni shells
Mix together the following and place in cooked shells:
1 egg beaten
12 oz. cottage cheese small curd (or ricotta cheese)
1/2 c. mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 Tbl. parsley
Place filled shells in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish and pour 1 (26.5 oz.) jar/can spaghetti sauce over them.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes covered and 15 minutes uncovered.
