Recipe Challenge Submission by Dione Chanslor: Yogurt

32 oz 0% fat Fage Greek Yogurt
4 tbls honey (warmed - do not microwave, put in bowl, set bowl in hot water)
8 oz blueberries (organic preferred)
1/2 tbls cinnamon 
favorite nut (optional)

If using frozen berries, thaw and drain. Toss with cinnamon, stir in nuts, add warmed honey. Add yogurt 1 cup at a time, stirring with each addition to mix thoroughly. 

The cinnamon absorbs moisture giving the yogurt a creamy texture. I think the health benefits are pretty obvious.
