Recipe Challenge Submission by Anna Abbott #2: Grandma Mikki's Meat Marinade

1/4 c. oil (canola, vegetable, etc.)
1/4 c. soy sauce (can use low sodium)
2 T. vinegar
2 T. ketchup
garlic powder to taste
fresh ginger (optional)

Mix all ingredients together with a whisk. Used most often in our family to marinate beef and vegetables for kebabs. It's the best!
