The Future of WellU

We strive to encourage all employees with short wellness messages via weekly emails, monthly newsletters, monthly themes, snack & learns, shape up, stretch breaks, challenges, games, and a variety of fitness and wellness classes.
Some of the wellness topics you can look forward to in the future are: overcoming your barriers to exercise, improving your sleep, motivation to move, stress reduction, strength training at home, eating well/living well, mental/spiritual well-being, and many more interesting subjects to anticipate!
We are concentrating on the topics that faculty and staff revealed were important to them on the WellU survey. Please feel free to email us, or stop in the WellU office, with any suggestions you have to improve WellU!
