How is WellU is helping people move more and sit less?
In a recent news story, physical activity expert and professor of medicine at the Mayo Clinic James Levine cleared the air about the role of exercise in our health and well-being. Turns out, according to Levine, "Something you do at the end of the day for one hour, three evenings a week, doesn't actually offset the harm for what you do 15 hours a day, seven days a week: sit. Doing exercise is great if you do it. But that doesn't offset the harm from excess sitting."
