New Well U Resource: "I like to move it move it!"

Studies show that frequent, short rest breaks help combat fatigue and discomfort and have a positive effect on productivity. 

Check out the videos below to include a stretch break into your day. The more you move the better you will feel. If you are not sure where to start try creating a daily calendar reminder to include 15 minutes of movement.
