Hello CSS Students,

The Well U Student Office at the College of St. Scholastica needs your help!  Well U is sponsoring a series of focus groups to learn about various aspects of health among college students between the ages of 18-24 years old and completing their undergraduate degree. We would like to invite you to join in a small group of students to help understand various aspects of health in regard to: sleep, stress, communication and relationships.  The feedback from the groups will be used to develop messages in regard to these health aspects for all students.

The focus groups will be held on:

Relationships- to learn how students view and define relationships.
June 17, 2014
Sleep- to learn how sleep affects students’ lives, especially in the areas of academics, relationships and work
June 18, 2014
Stress- to learn how stress affects students’ lives in the areas of health, academics and relationships
June 19, 2014
