Student Health 101: March’s Drawing for $2,500 + The 10-Dollar Challenge + Your Favorite Pizza Topping + 5 Questions of Answer in Your Cover Letter

IN THIS MONTH'S ISSUE OF STUDENT HEALTH 101:

8 Image Boosters

1. Smile! Doing so releases endorphins,
hormones that boost your mood and the
way you feel about yourself.
2. Find a signature look. Dress in a way that
makes you feel your best.
3. Make a list. Write down the things you
love about yourself. Place it somewhere
you’ll see every day.
4. Avoid comparing yourself to others. Each
person has unique qualities.
8 Body-Image Boosters
5. Don’t depend on a scale. Health is not
measured by a number.
6. Stay active. Find the sports or other forms
of exercise that you enjoy.
7. Give compliments. They’ll make both
you and the other people feel good while
encouraging body-acceptance.
8. Surround yourself with supportive
people. Focus on friends and family that
love you—just the way you are.
