Jennifer Maki claims that the variety of her physical fitness activities is what drives her to stay in shape. What does she mean by variety? Jennifer enjoys hiking with her dogs, playing volleyball, cross country skiing, canoeing, and even kayaking! In terms of handling stress, Jennifer aims to get plenty of sleep and make healthy eating choices. She has even attended a beginning yoga class to help center and relax herself. Even though Jennifer refers to herself as a work in progress, I think we can all agree that she is quite the inspiration!
